Hudson Valley Pathways Academy, home of Team 7718, also called HVPA or P-TECH, is a 6 year, stem focused pre-college program with career pathways in Advanced Manufacturing, Cybersecurity and CISCO. Our school focuses on the individual strengths of it’s students, and figuring out how they can be implemented in order to provide value on a greater scale. We started our FIRST Robotics journey in 2019 and as our school, community, and our skills have developed over time we have cemented ourselves into FIRST and the robotics mindset. Thanks to our small size and focus on stem, our entire school participates and provides value to the team.
